I'm Lauren, your new, favorite climbing coach.Â
The first time I hired a coach was when I was working full time and starting my business. I worked 12 hour days and knew that my own climbing would suffer if I didnât get some support. STAT.
Even though I was on a tight schedule, I trained when I could and it paid off. I redpointed my first 5.12d that very fall.
As a coach, Iâve been working with adult climbers for four years. I have certifications in personal training and kettlebell technique. Since the start of Good Spray in 2020, Iâve individually written customized programs for over 150 athletes.
From med students, to route setters, to parents, to fellow business owners - Iâve seen a wide variety of coaching challenges. Iâm ready for whatever you can throw at me.

ENTER, the Elevate Climbing Audit
Here's how it works...
Strength Assessment
You'll complete a three session strength assessment to evaluate finger strength, pulling metrics, and forearm endurance.
Movement Analysis
You'll gather up videos of your climbing so we can evaluate the gaps in your movement skills
Tell me about yourself!
You will also fill out a form that gives me some insights into you as a climber. You'll tell me what you want the MOST help with, what you want to accomplish with your audit, and what your climbing and training sessions typically look like.
Then comes the fun part.
After you submit your materials, I take all of this information and provide you with a comprehensive, recorded feedback video you can watch anytime. I will also provide you with written guidance on what movement drills to incorporate, strength work that may be useful to you, and I may even provide recommendations for hangboard training.Â
NOTE: This is NOT a full training plan, however you will have plenty to work with to get your training headed in a more purposeful direction.
