  • You DO NOT have lifetime access to this program. Your access will last for the duration of the program (17 weeks). The phases of the program will update automatically and cannot be extended. Please be prepared to commit to completing and using this program.
  • This is an app based program on Trainerize. You will receive a separate email from Trainerize to get set up in the app. Please note that we only upload app plans M-Th each week. Allow up to 48 hours for your plan to be uploaded, longer if you purchase F-Su.
  • This program DOES NOT include coach support. 
  • Due to the nature of this program, refunds are not applicable.

This program combines strength, skill development, and endurance – all while improving your tactics for flashing and projecting boulders.

The program is completely laid out for you, however it this program is self-guided and self-supported. Coach support IS NOT included.

PLEASE NOTE: We onboard athletes into Crush It Plans Monday-Thursday each week. If you plan to start immediately and not at a future date, please allow time for your plan to be loaded into the app.
