  • This program includes: 
    • A pre-training physical assessment and 12 weeks of customized, holistic training delivered through the Trainerize app
  • Communication for this program is conducted through a group slack message for Good Spray custom plan athletes. 1:1 coach communication is not included. If you would like to upgrade your communication format, please reach out to [email protected] for more details.
  • This program includes access to two monthly group coaching calls. 
  • The coach has a maximum response time of 72 hours. The coach does not check slack messages on weekends.
  • You can put your program on pause for up to two weeks. Note that slack communication is not provided if you are utilizing a pause week.
  • The coach reserves the right to take vacation during your program. Athletes will be notified at least one week in advance of any time off. You can check the Good Spray holiday calendar at this link.

The Training Plan Inlcudes:

  • A pre-training physical assessment.

  •  12 weeks of customized programming delivered in 4-6 week training blocks.

  •  Program delivered to your phone via Trainerize app.

  •  A combination of: 
    - strength training
    - hangboarding
    - climbing technique and energy systems work
  • 2 monthly group coaching and education calls, 60 minutes each (Monday mornings at 9am PT / 12pm ET and Wednesday evenings at 4pm PT/ 7pm ET). 
  • Access to unlimited group messaging support, 5 days per week.
  • Unlimited video review.


Custom plans are best for athletes who have been climbing consistently for at least. one year. I have coached climbers of all levels ranging from V2/5.8 - V10+/5.14.
